FingerPay is a payment platform that lets you pay at participating businesses by scanning your fingerprint — no phone, no card required. Your fingerprint is converted into an encrypted template and stored securely. It is never stored as a raw image.
To use FingerPay you must enroll at a participating merchant location. During enrollment you will:
By completing enrollment, you consent to FingerPay storing your encrypted fingerprint template and using it to verify your identity for future payments at any participating FingerPay merchant.
When you present your finger at a FingerPay terminal:
The merchant sets the transaction amount. You should verify the amount displayed on the terminal before placing your finger.
Your card is stored securely by Stripe, Inc. FingerPay never stores raw card numbers. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds. If a charge fails, the transaction will not complete.
To update or remove your payment method, visit the customer portal at fingerpay.net/static/customer-portal.html.

If you see a charge you did not authorize:
FingerPay takes unauthorized charges seriously. If we determine your fingerprint template was compromised, we will immediately disable your account and notify you.
You may not:
FingerPay is not liable for charges resulting from your own fingerprint being scanned at a merchant you authorized. We are not liable for merchant errors in setting transaction amounts. Our total liability for any single transaction shall not exceed the amount of that transaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of FingerPay after that date constitutes acceptance.
